Our Discovery Phone Call helps us to get to know you and understand what it is you would like to achieve with your final portraits. Using what we learn we work with you to develop a photoshoot that captures you in the most authentic and lovely way.
WE DON'T RANSOM IMAGES
If you have a Personal Branding Photoshoot with us, we deliver any images that meet our quality standards. We don't ask our clients to pick a certain number of images, and then walk away from the rest or pay more for the additional images. We have priced our photoshoots in a way that we can deliver the exceptional quality of product we pride ourself in while at the same time delivering all final images to our clients. There will be no surprise extra cost when you come to the end of the process.

The clothing we wear is one of the ways that we silently communicate to the world who we are as a person. The wardrobe you choose for your photoshoot can be one of the loudest elements to communicate your personality. We help you choose a wardrobe that will best communicate your personality and will also sit seamlessly with your branding. Unfortunately not everything in our closet will always photograph well. We have learned a few tricks and secrets along the way that will help you pick a wardrobe for your shoot that is sure to shine.
NATURAL LIGHT
Almost all of our portraits are taken in Natural Light environments. We find that our clients are most relaxed when they are somewhere they love. Beaches, Parklands, Bush Settings, or Local Cafes all serve as the perfect backdrop to tell your story. Because the backdrop for each portrait is a crucial element in capturing your story, we make sure we find the location that is a perfect fit for you.

WE MAKE YOU SHINE
The camera is a funny thing. Here at Life as Art we sometimes wonder if it has magic powers! You see, a camera simultaneously never lies, but at the same time doesn't always capture truth. The camera will capture the emotions of the eyes every time, but it will also add distorted shadows underneath them. The post processing of images is just as important as the photoshoot itself. It is where we wave our magic wands and have the true likeness of a person come forth. It is truly where the heart of the portrait is born.

When was the last time you printed a photo? The way we interact with photography has changed a lot over the last decade. We understand that in our modern world we interact with photography mostly in the digital world. Because of this you will receive your portraits as a digital file. Within that file you will receive your final images as both web and a print format. At the end of your photoshoot you will have the files necessary for print up banners, brochures, and business cards, as well as the files you need for social media and online marketing.
